The development
ANCI announced the publication, on 24 July 2026, of the final list for the second stage of the first designation process for Operators of Vital Importance.
The designation should be reviewed alongside the obligations under the Cybersecurity Framework Law and applicable instructions. Designation does not mean that all businesses face the same requirements.
Why it matters
Organisations should check whether they have been designated and review internal responsibilities, incident management and coordination with technology suppliers.
